Section 281.371 - Employer authorized to enforce health and safety requirements notwithstanding protections for hair texture and protective hairstyles

Notwithstanding the protections in this chapter for hair texture and protective hairstyles, a public employer may enforce health and safety requirements set forth in federal or state law.
