Section 218C.190 - Legislators' Retirement Fund: Report of income and disbursements1. At the commencement of each regular session, the Board shall submit a report of income and disbursements from the Legislators' Retirement Fund for the preceding biennium to the Director, who shall deliver a copy of the report to each Legislator.2.
