Section 199.360 - Fraudulent pretenses relative to birth of infant; false representation of entitlement to interest or share in estate of deceased person

A person who fraudulently or falsely pretends that any infant child was born of a parent whose child is or would be entitled to inherit real property or to receive any personal property, or who falsely represents himself or herself or another to be a person entitled to an interest or share in the estate of a deceased person as executor, administrator, spouse, heir, heiress, legatee, devisee, next of kin or relative of the deceased person, is guilty of a category D felony and shall be punished as provided in NRS 193.130.
