Section 125A.485 - Simultaneous proceedings1. If a proceeding for enforcement pursuant to the provisions of NRS 125A.405 to 125A.585, inclusive, is commenced in a court of this state and the court determines that a proceeding to modify the determination is pending in a court of another state having jurisdiction to modify the determination pursuant to NRS 125A.305 to 125A.395, inclusive, the enforcing court shall immediately communicate with the modifying court.2.
