Mont. Code § 7-34-2109
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
The board of county commissioners, upon completion of the hearing provided for in 7-34-2106 through 7-34-2108, shall proceed by resolution to refer the question of the creation of such district to the persons qualified to vote on such proposition.
