Section 7-3-104 - Limitation on change in alternative form

The electors of any unit of local government which has adopted a new alternative form of local government may not vote on the question of changing the form of local government until 3 years after the new alternative form of local government becomes effective, but the voters may vote on amendments to the alternative form or service or functional transfers.
