Section 7-13-102 - Resolution of intention to create metropolitan sanitary and/or storm sewer district(1) Before creating any metropolitan sanitary and/or storm sewer district, the board of county commissioners shall pass a resolution of intention to do so.(2) The resolution shall designate: (a) the proposed name of such district;(b) the necessity for the proposed district;(c) a general description of the territory or lands to be included within said district, giving the boundaries thereof;(d) the general character of the sanitary and/or storm sewer system and its proposed location;(e) the name of the engineer who is to have charge of the work; and(f) the estimated cost thereof.En.
