Section 50-2-108 - Financing of local boards - inspection fund(1) Local boards are financed by general fund appropriations, special levy appropriations, state and federal funds available, and contributions from school boards and other official and nonofficial agencies.(2) There is within the state special revenue fund a local board inspection fund account.En.
