(1) The fees collected by the department must be deposited in the state special revenue fund established to administer the provisions of this chapter, subject to 37-1-101(6).(2) The department shall keep an accurate account of funds received and vouchers issued by the department.Amended by Laws 2023, Ch. 481,Sec. 12, eff. 10/1/2023.En.
