Section 33-20-1409 - Disputes - entry of judgment(1) A transfer agreement entered into on or after October 1, 2005, by a payee who resides in this state must provide that disputes under the transfer agreement, including a claim that the payee has breached the agreement, must be determined in this state under the laws of this state.(2) A transfer agreement may not authorize the transferee or any other party to confess judgment or consent to entry of judgment against the payee.En.
