Section 30-14-219 - Recovery on illegal contracts forbidden

A contract, express or implied, made by a person in violation of any of the provisions of 30-14-205 through 30-14-214 or 30-14-216 through 30-14-218 is an illegal contract upon which a recovery may not be had.
