Mont. Code § 3-10-703
Current through the 2023 Regular Session
The board of county commissioners shall, by resolution, on or before July 1 of each year, fix the salary of constables for the following fiscal year. Constables shall receive mileage, at the rate provided by law, when performing their official duties.
