Section 15-16-602 - Concurrent remedies

Sections 15-16-603 through 15-16-605 may not be considered or construed to be in conflict with the provisions of chapter 1, part 4. Sections 15-16-603 through 15-16-605 and the provisions of part 4 provide and afford concurrent remedies.
