Section 338.700 - Definitions

As used in sections 338.700 to 338.710, the following terms shall mean:

(1)"Board", the Missouri board of pharmacy;

(2)"Department", the Missouri department of health and senior services;

(3)"Program", the RX cares for Missouri program.
