Section 217.370 - Discipline and grievance procedures established - chief administrative officer to abide by

The director shall establish rules and regulations pertaining to offender disciplinary procedure and shall establish an offender grievance procedure. The chief administrative officer of each correctional center shall observe these rules and procedures at all times.
