"The State of Mississippi.
"To any lawful officer of ____________________ County:
"We command you forthwith to take the body of John Jones, charged with murder in the County of ____________________, and bring him before the undersigned, a justice of the peace of said county, for examination on said charge.
"Witness my hand, the 9th day of July, 1906.
