Section 9-7-13 - Third district; composition

The Third Circuit Court District is composed of the following counties:

(a) Benton County;

(b) Calhoun County;

(c) Chickasaw County;

(d) Lafayette County;

(e) Marshall County;

(f) Tippah County; and

(g) Union County.
