Section 83-5-707 - Promulgation of rules, regulations and orders

The commissioner may, upon notice and opportunity for all interested persons to be heard, issue such rules, regulations and orders as shall be necessary to carry out the provisions of this article.

Effective date and filings - Section 10 of Laws, 2019, ch. 343, HB 324 provides: "This act shall take effect and be in force from and after January 1, 2020. The first filing of the CGAD shall be in 2020."
