Section 73-29-5 - Use of certain instrument required

Every polygraph examiner shall use an instrument which records visually, permanently, and simultaneously:

(1) a subject's cardiovascular pattern and

(2) a subject's respiratory pattern. Patterns of other physiological changes in addition to (1) and (2) may also be recorded.
