Section 65-3-71.86 - "Liberty Parkway" designated(1) The municipal bypass south of Lexington connecting Mississippi Highways 17 and 12 is designated and shall be known as "Liberty Parkway."(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching such bypass.
