Section 65-3-71.141 - "Phyllis Hawkins Harper Interchange" designated(1) The Dorsey-Fawn Grove intersection in Itawamba County on United States Highway 78 (future I-22) shall be known as "Phyllis Hawkins Harper Interchange."(2) The Mississippi Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs along and approaching the intersection described in subsection (1).
