Section 49-7-12.1 - Nonresident wholesale dealers who buy certain fish and nonresidents who import certain fish are required to obtain commercial fishing licenses(1) Nonresident wholesale dealers who buy nongame gross fish in the state for the purpose of resale shall obtain a nonresident commercial fishing license.(2) Any nonresident who imports nongame gross fish into the state for the purpose of resale to a wholesale or retail dealer or to a consumer shall obtain a nonresident commercial fishing license.Added by Laws, 2013, ch. 471, HB 1002, 4, eff. 7/1/2013.
