Section 37-NEW-001 - [Newly enacted section not yet numbered] ["Seizure action plan" defined]

As used in this act, the term "seizure action plan" means a written, individualized health plan designed to acknowledge and prepare for the health care needs of a student or employee diagnosed with a seizure disorder.
