Section 456.541 - Violations; penalties(1) Except as otherwise provided for in subsection (2), a person who violates this act is guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than $10,000.00.(2) If the violator is an individual, the offense is punishable by a fine of not more than $10,000.00 or imprisonment for not more than 1 year, or both.Amended by 2008, Act 478,s 15, eff. 1/12/2009.Amended by 2004, Act 22, s 13, eff. 1/1/2005.1968, Act 251, Eff. 9/15/1968 ;--Am. 1978, Act 215, Imd.
