Section 388.1681 - Allocations to intermediate districts; amounts; expanded professional development opportunities for teachers; consolidated, annexed, or attached districts; duties of intermediate district(1) From the state school aid fund money appropriated in section 11, there is allocated for 2024-2025 to the intermediate districts the sum necessary, but not to exceed $79,424,700.00 to provide state aid to intermediate districts under this section.(2) The amount allocated under this section for 2024-2025 to each intermediate district is an amount equal to 100% of the amount allocated to the intermediate district under this section for 2023-2024.
