Section 35.1257 - Administration of veterans cemetery; compliance with federal laws and regulations(1) The director shall administer a veterans cemetery created under this act.(2) The director shall comply with federal laws and regulations in administering a cemetery created under this act.Added by 2022, Act 267,s 5, eff. 12/22/2022.
