Section 333.25109 - Repeal of MCL 338.209a; effective date of section

(1) Section 9a of Act No. 122 of the Public Acts of 1939, being section 338.209a of the Compiled Laws of 1970, is repealed.

(2) This section shall not take effect until rules regulating the practice of a dental assistant under part 166 are promulgated.
