Section 324.82133 - Violation of part as misdemeanor; violation of 82113 and 82114(1) as civil infraction(1) Except as otherwise provided in this part, a person who violates this part is guilty of a misdemeanor.(2) An individual who violates section 82113 for a first time is responsible for a state civil infraction and may be ordered to pay a civil fine of not more than $150.00.(3) An individual who violates section 82114(1) for a first time is responsible for a state civil infraction and may be ordered to pay a civil fine of not more than $150.00.Amended by 2022, Act 23,s 5, eff. 6/8/2022.Add. 1995, Act 58, Imd.
