Section 211.1051 - Short title

This act shall be known and may be cited as the "state essential services assessment act".

Added by 2014, Act 92,s 1, eff. 8/22/2014, upon approval of 2014, Act 80, by a majority of the voters at the August 5, 2014, primary election, as certified by the Michigan Board of State Canvassers on August 22, 2014.
