3.Other proceedings. The District Court and the Probate Court are authorized to adjudicate parentage under this chapter when parentage is an issue in any other pending proceeding. [2015, c. 296, Pt. A, §1(NEW); 2015, c. 296, Pt. D, §1(AFF).]
4.No right to jury. There is no right to demand a jury trial in an action to determine parentage. [2015, c. 296, Pt. A, §1(NEW); 2015, c. 296, Pt. D, §1(AFF).]
5.Disclosure of social security numbers. A person who is a party to a parentage action shall disclose that person's social security number to the court. The social security number of a person subject to a parentage adjudication must be placed in the court records relating to the adjudication. The record of a person's social security number is confidential and is not open to the public.
