Section 46:231.1 - Family Assistance Programs; prohibitions; requirementsA. The state public assistance program shall consist of a cash assistance program, the Family Independence Temporary Assistance Program and an education, employment, training, and related services program for work-eligible families, STEP, and TANF-funded initiatives.B.
