Section 40:1472.13 - Abandonment of explosivesA. It is unlawful to abandon explosives or blasting caps in any field, culvert, ditch, waterway, or similar place.B. Any person who violates the provisions of this Section shall upon conviction be fined not less than one thousand five hundred dollars nor more than ten thousand dollars or be imprisoned with or without hard labor for not less than two years nor more than five years, or both.La.
