Section 39:1410.42 - Definitions
As used in this Part, unless the context otherwise requires:
(1) "Commission" means the State Bond Commission of the state.(2) "Fund" means the state general fund.(3) "Note" means any note or other evidence of borrowing made under the authority of this Part.
