Section 37:3208 - Qualifications of applicantsA. An applicant for licensure under the provisions of this Chapter must verify by oath or affirmation that he is: (1) At least eighteen years of age and(2) Has successfully completed a four-year course of study in a secondary school approved by the State Board of Elementary and Secondary Education, passed an approved equivalency test, or have graduated from a secondary school outside Louisiana having comparable approval.B.
