Section 27:249 - Compulsive gambling; posting informationA. The corporation shall include the cost of the transfer of its monies to the state treasurer for deposit into the Compulsive and Problem Gaming Fund as required by R.S. 27:270(A)(2) as a budgeted item and expense of the corporation.B. The corporation shall require the posting of signs at points of entry to the official gaming establishment to inform customers of the toll-free telephone number available to provide information and referral services regarding compulsive or problem gambling as required by R.S. 28:841. Failure by the licensee to post and maintain such a sign or signs shall be cause for the imposition of a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars per day.Acts 1992, No. 384, §1, eff.
