Section 22:214 - Fees payableEvery nonprofit funeral service association shall pay the following fees:
(1) To the secretary of state:(a) For filing and recording articles, twenty-five cents per one hundred words.(b) For certificate of recordation, one dollar.(2) To the commissioner of insurance:(a) For each certificate of authority, twenty-five dollars.(b) For each examination, not exceeding twenty-five dollars per diem and expenses for each examiner.(c) For each producer's license, two dollars.Acts 1958, No. 125; Redesignated from R.S. 22:354 by Acts 2008, No. 415, §1, eff.
