Section 17:3219 - Domicile of boardsA. The domicile of the Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College, the Board of Supervisors of Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College, the Board of Supervisors for the University of Louisiana System, and the Board of Supervisors of Community and Technical Colleges shall be in East Baton Rouge Parish, and the location shall not be changed except by statute.B. Each board shall designate the physical location of its domicile and appoint an agent for service of process and shall file all such information with the secretary of state.Amended by Acts 1975, No. 313, §2, eff.
