There shall be contributed annually to the Castañer Health Services Cooperative, or its successor in interest, up to six dollars (6) a month for each insured person in said cooperative, but the total annual sum contributed for this reason shall never exceed one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000). The Office of the Management and Budget shall set aside the funds needed and shall make the pertinent adjustments of funds needed to implement this section, and shall consign the same in the Joint Resolution of the General Budget for each fiscal year.
