§ 74k. Municipal health, treatment and diagnosis centers—Parties executing agreement; statutory provisions integral elements thereof

The agreement to be made according to the provisions of §§ 74a—74u of this title must be signed by the Secretary of Health and by the mayor of the municipality, and each and everyone of the provisions of §§ 74a—74u of this title shall be a part thereof. The signing of the contract shall be reported in the next regular or special session of the municipal legislature.
