§ 334f-1. Acquisition of organization or equipment already authorized; prerequisite

Any health maintenance organization, any part thereof, or medical equipment which has received a certificate of necessity and convenience under the preceding section cannot be acquired totally or through the acquisition of a majority interest in the same, until it has obtained a new certificate of necessity and convenience authorizing the acquisition.
