§ 973c. Victims and witnesses assistance technicians—Actions reserved

The exercise of the action authorized by §§ 973—973c of this title is separate from any other civil or criminal action, right or remedy that is provided by the laws in effect, and none of the provisions of §§ 973—973c of this title shall limit or impede the exercise of such actions, rights or remedies.
