The administrator of a shopping center may reserve the right of admission into his/her property, and as such may forbid the entrance of those persons whose conduct contravenes the shopping center’s code of conduct. Tenants, in turn, may reserve the right of admission into their particular establishments and may forbid the entrance of those persons whose conduct contravenes the shopping center’s code of conduct.
