§ 203c. Board of Examiners—Removal

The Governor of Puerto Rico may remove any member of the Board from office for noncompliance with his duties, inefficiency, incompetence, incapacity to carry out his functions, for conviction for a felony or misdemeanor that implies moral [depravity] or for any other justified cause.
