Each year the members of the College of Medical Technologists of Puerto Rico shall pay a quota on the date and in the installments fixed by the bylaws. The first quota shall be fixed by provision of the General Assembly and in subsequent years shall be fixed by provision of the Regular Annual Assembly of the College of Medical Technologists.
