For the purposes of this chapter, the following terms shall have the meaning expressed hereinbelow, except where the context clearly indicates otherwise:
(a) Automotive technician. — Shall mean every person licensed to practice the trade as provided in §§ 2131—2144 of this title.
(b) Automotive mechanic. — Shall mean every person licensed to practice the trade as provided in §§ 2131—2144 of this title.
(c) Association. — Shall mean the Puerto Rico Automotive Technicians and Mechanics Association whose creation is authorized by this chapter.
(d) Board. — Shall mean the Board of Examiners of Automotive Technicians created by virtue of §§ 2131—2144 of this title.
