§ 2124. Suspension for failure to pay

In the case of members of the College who have failed to pay their dues, the College is empowered, after a lapse of a reasonable period of time without the member having rehabilitated himself through the payment of the amount due, to suspend him as a member of the College and shall notify this fact to the Board of Examiners for the purposes of filing and transacting the proper complaint for the revocation of the license of the beautician.
