The Board is hereby authorized to issue licenses without an examination to those dental technologists who so request it and who hold a dental technologist’s license issued in any state of the United States with which the Board has established a reciprocity relation, if in the Board’s judgment, the petitioner meets all the requirements of this chapter and the regulations approved by virtue thereof.
