§ 781. Revocation or suspension of partnership registration or permit

After due notice and hearing, the Board shall revoke the registration and license to practice of any partnership if it fails to meet all the qualifications prescribed by the section of this act under which it qualified for registration, at any time, as provided in § 782 of this title.

After notifying said partnership and giving it the opportunity to be heard, as provided by § 782 of this title, the Board may revoke or suspend the registration or revoke, suspend or refuse to renew the license to practice of any firm, or admonish the holder of such license for any of the causes listed in § 779 of this title, and for the following additional motives:

(a) The revocation or suspension of the certificate or registration, or the revocation, suspension or non-renewal of the license to practice of any partner.

(b) The cancellation, revocation, suspension or non-renewal of the authorization of the partnership or of any partner thereof to practice public accountancy in any state or government.
