§ 471g. Members—Meetings

The Board shall meet within thirty (30) days after the date on which its members were appointed and took possession of their office. It will hold four (4) regular meetings a year in the months of March, June, September and December for the consideration and solution of its official business, but it may hold as many meetings as necessary for the prompt transaction of its obligations and duties. It may hold as many special meetings as necessary. During its first meeting, the members shall elect from among themselves a chairman who shall hold office for a term of one (1) year, with an opportunity to be reelected to a second term and under the conditions [set] by the bylaws of the Board. The Chairman shall convoke [the] meetings of the Board.

Four (4) members of the Board will constitute a quorum. The agreements will be reached by the majority vote of the members present.
