§ 3535. Objections to the use of contributions

Professional planners shall be entitled to object the use of their membership fees or other contributions by the College to conduct activities to further political-partisan, ideological, sectarian, unionist, religious, sexist, racist or classist interests. For such purposes, the College shall structure in its bylaws a procedure that is simple and easy to implement for any person who wishes to object, pursuant to the applicable constitutional parameters.
